In order to complete the purchase and make the payment, we offer three systems:
– Debit or credit card, via the Stripe platform.
– Debit or credit card via the PayPal platform.
– Bank transfer.
In all three cases, you will be required to fill out a form that includes the following information:
Name, Surname, Postal Address, Contact Telephone, Email and Tax Identification (in the case of companies).
If you wish, you can create a personal or business account to save your data entry in future purchases.
If you are a company based outside Spain, but within the European Union, we can deduct VAT from the final price. We will need you to provide your EU operator number for VAT purposes. Obtaining it is a free procedure, you just have to register in your country, in the EU Operators Registration List. In most countries, this number is usually the same as your tax identifier, adding to the two letters of your country (BE for Belgium, FR for France …). You can check if your business is registered to trade cross-border within the EU with the EU’s VIES on this web page.
In the event that the shipment is to be made to a UK postal address (whether you are a business or individual), we will not include VAT on the final purchase price. However, be aware of the possibility of taxes charged by British costums.
Both Stripe and PayPal allow the use of major debit or credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, among others.
Paying by debit or credit card via Stripe or PayPal offers the advantage of being able to close the purchase at the time of payment. You will receive a payment confirmation email from Stripe or Paypal.
If you decide to make a bank transfer, you will need to wait for it to arrive in our bank account (sometimes the transfer just takes a few seconds), at which point we will send you a confirmation email.
