Shipping is free for orders over € 20 (Spain except the Balearic Islands), € 25 (Balearic Islands and Portugal) and € 50 to the rest of the European countries to which we ship.

Methods of payment and order execution

The customer will be obliged to contact Cafè Francesco SL, by e-mail to cafe@francesco.cafe to inform the reason for the return. Cafè Francesco SL, may accept or reject the reason for the return. In the event of acceptance by Cafè Francesco SL, a postage stamp will be sent to the customer so that he can deposit the package at his nearest post office.
